Hi, I’m Wendy Clark — a Holistic Chef, Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, and proud mom of four, based in Missouri. My passion for food and wellness began with my own journey to heal my body through food. What started as a personal mission to feel better and restore balance naturally has grown into a lifelong calling to help others do the same.

 Through my business, Organic Zen Holistic Wellness, I share the powerful truth that food can be both medicine and joy. I believe that healing starts from within—and that nourishing your body with whole, vibrant foods is one of the most loving things you can do for yourself. My mission is to provide wellness-focused nutrition support and non-medical nutrition education and coaching, empowering you to reclaim your health through mindful, intentional living.
